Trumpet solo. Donated to Marshall's band by Jim E. Sellards, Topeka, KS.
The composer, Claude T. Smith, was born in Monroe City, MO on March 14, 1932.
He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in 1958. He
taught in the public schools in Cozad, NE, Chillicothe, MO and Kansas City, MO
and taught theory,composition and conducted the University orchestra at SW
Missouri State. He died suddenly of a heart attack on December 13, 1987.
