Marshall's Civic Band

Given to Marshall's Band by Fred Evans, Director of the Sabetha, KS High School 
Band. 
 
From notes on the conductor's score: 
   "In cavern deep, fast shut from sight 
    A Goblin waits until the night, 
    Then forth he comes, 'Tis his delight 
    All timed souls to fill with fright. 
        He dances round and gloats to see 
        The yokels run, then shouts in glee 
        As scampering from him they flee. 
        'Twas ever thus, 'twill ever be. 
    The dawn appears - another day; 
    Then to the cave he hies his way. 
    But soon comes night, once more he's gay, 
    'Tis fun to this mischievious fay."
