"Winds On The Run" is light program music featuring the flute and clarinet
sections of the concert band. Careful attention has been given to avoid the
clarinets crossing the break, thus making this work easier to play than it
sounds. The tempo will depend on the ability of the band performing. It will
sound find at a slow tempo (half note=115) but more showy at a faster rate of
speed.
